For those who have been too busy playing Starcraft 2 to notice, WordPress 3.0.1 has just been released! 50 minor issues have been dealt with and the download counter for 3.0.x stands at a whopping 11 million!

Looking back and reflecting, it’s amazing to say that I’ve been a part of that! For those that don’t know – I work at WooThemes and the WooNav custom navigation that I worked on there was included in the WordPress 3.0 core as the Menu Management functionality. What an awesome opportunity not only to work at an amazing company, but to get the opportunity to contribute code that affects 11 million people/blogs – wow, a truly amazing experience!
